The ministerial Consult Bible College is a subsidiary of the Ministerial Consult International, which is
a non-depositional and interdenominational organization that has a goal of reaching both
Christians and non-Christian communities for Christ through Ministry training programmes,
seminars, workshops and economic development activities.
Ministerial Consult Bible College is an interdenominational institution that aims to produce Christlike disciple-makers who know their specific calling from God and have enough urgency for the Great Commission to reproduce strategic and faithful disciple-makers who will be labourers for finishing the Unfinished Task within our generation.

Ministerial Consult Bible College is the premier and leading ecumenical theological tertiary institution in Ghana and the West African sub-region. It is about eleven kilometres from the centre of Accra. The campus is an ideal and serene setting for study, meditation, personal spiritual growth and development. The seminary exists to offer Christian training, teaching, guidance, counselling, practical experience and an enabling environment to resource leaders for holistic ministry.

The Seminary offers Christian theological education and training, teaching in biblical studies, mission and history, counselling, preaching and other practice-oriented ministry programmes in an enabling environment to resource pastors and Christian leaders for holistic ministry
COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS
This course will look at the theory and practice of communication skills. It will look at relationship between communication and culture, worldviews and they influence the perception of reality, the cognitive process and linguistic forms, patterns of behaviour and social structures, the various ways of communicating the Christian message and the role of decision making in the communicative process.
PRINCIPLES OF TEACHING
This course examines the art and act of teaching from Biblical, secular, and African perspectives. It attempts to help students to evolve an approach, strategy, and style of teaching that is relevant, meaningful, and effective. Emphasis will be given to the strengths and weaknesses of different teaching methods; and of major audio and visual teaching aids.
CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP
This course will look at the Biblical foundation of Christian Leadership. The student is introduced to the theory and practice of Christian Leadership, as well as the various styles of Leadership; and guided in the application of both Biblical and theoretical principles. The example of Nehemiah will be considered briefly as a model. Emphasis will be place
MANAGERIAL SKILLS
This course looks at the role of the pastor as an administrator. It discuses the theory and practice of administration and accounting with special reference to accounting and financial system of the local church and Para-church organizations. It also looks at the different levels of leadership and the responsibilities and motivation of leaders.
INTRODUCTION TO BIBLE STUDY
It is a 20 hour course that introduces the student to a methodical study of the Bible based on all the 66 books of the Bible. The introductory course focuses on making observation from a study of a content of scripture in context to reflect the initial idea of the author and the message to the audience or those the book is written to.
INDUCTIVE BIBLE STUDY
The principle of Inductive Bible Study enables the student to study the Bible in its context precepts upon precepts as well as observe, interpret and apply the scripture in context.
